This lecture deals with the modern methods of protein research. It focuses on structural and affinity proteomics, including methods of chemical cross-linking, oxidative labelling, hydrogen/deuterium exchange and native mass spectrometry. It is also explained how to further process the data using bioinformatic approaches and build or correct structural protein models.
Lectures are delivered in Czech to Czech students. For Erasmus students the lectures are in English. Depending on the number of students enrolled for the course, it can be arranged as regular or irregular (colloquium, consultations) lectures.
