The seminar builds on the theoretical and practical knowledge of the course Fundamentals of Practical Communication 1, focuses on specific communication topics, especially the topic of CONFLICT. Conflicts are an integral part of life, their constructive solutions lead to personal and relationship growth, avoidance of conflicts at all costs or their destructive solutions often cause greater problems than the original conflict itself. The theoretical part as well as practical exercises can contribute to understanding and solving conflicts (either at the general or personal level). The seminar does not replace therapy.

Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to understand the theory of conflict, master communication techniques leading to a constructive conflict resolution and their sensitive practical application with understanding themselves, partner and situation.

Teoretický ústní výklad,důraz bude kladen na praktickou práci dle zadání - individuálně, ve dvojici, či ve skupině - s následnou reflexí. Dle zájmu bude dán omezený prostor i pro reflexi vlastních konfliktních situací.

Pojem konflikt, konflikt verus agrese.

Typy konfliktů, okolnosti vzniku, faktory podílející se na vzniku konfliktů, řešitelné a neřešitelné konflikty.

Komunikace a konflikt (komunikační zlozvyky při sdělování, při naslouchání, předsudky a předchozí zkušenost)

Konflikty v partnerském vztahu.

Pracovní konflikty.

Možná řešení konfliktů, včetně komunikační technik.
