The seminar offers basic theoretical knowledge in the field of communication (especially communication styles - passivity, aggressiveness, assertiveness, manipulation), emphasis is put on practical exercises, self-reflection. Depending on the interest, a space can be created to reflect the problematic communication situations of the course participants (but it does not replace therapy). The work is carried out in a group of max. 20 people.

The aim of the course is to understand the basic principles of the communication process, the art of applying these principles in practice, practicing basic communication styles.

Pojem komunikace, model.

Metakomunikace, komunikační klíč.

Komunikace jako vyjádření vztahu k sobě, posluchači a k předmětu komunikace.

Komunikace a vztah.

Verbální a neverbální komunikace.

Základní komunikační styly: pasivita, agresivita, asertivita, manipulace, její rozpoznání u sebe i druhých, obrana proti ní.

Komunikační styly dle zaměření.

Rozpoznání vlastního převažujícího komunikačního stylu, rozpoznání komunikačního stylu partnera,možnosti domluvy.
