The internship can be at private companies (banks, firms, consultancies), public institutions (government, central banks, various research institutes), or international institutions. Credits for the internship can also be awarded in case of participation in the professional financial competition CFA Institute Research Challenge.

In order to receive credits, students need to provide a confirmation of the internship (confirmation about the content of the work and hours worked from the employer or employment contract) to the IES career advisor Ms Eliska Krohova (eliska.krohova@fsv.cuni.cz) after the internship has ended (or the hours worked have reached 200). We strongly recommend that you consult the planned internship with the career advisor in advance to be sure that your work will fulfill the requirements mentioned above for receiving credits.
