Předmět je určen studentům doktorského studijního programu Law and Legal Theory in European Context. Seznamuje studenty tohoto studijního programu nejenom s českým právním řádem a jeho principy, ale i se základy právních řádů a ústředními právními principy ostatních evropských zemí, zejména sousedních zemí České republiky. Důraz je kladen na to, aby student cizojazyčného doktorského studijního programu získal vhled a pochopil základy fungování právních řádů středoevropských zemí, zvláště českého právního řádu.

5. Legal Capacity of Juristic Persons in the Czech Republic

6. Development of the Czech Legal System

7. Human Rights and their Protection in Central Europe

8. Legal Interpretation and „Discursive Binding Effect“ of the Czech Case Law

Předmět je zakončen zkouškou, která spočívá v hodnocení eseje v minimálním rozsahu 18 000 znaků, odevzdané k hodnocení jednotlivým vyučujícím dle dohody s konkrétním vyučujícím. Východiskem ke zpracování písemné práce jsou jednak přednášená témata, jednak tituly povinné a doporučené literatury podle výběru doktoranda.
