The course deals with most actual problems of administrative law from European and International perspective. It provides foreign students with introduction to the basic principles of administrative law as a "ius commune". Further, it deals with the issues of judicial protection. Lastly, attention is paid to the proces of globalisation and internationalisation of administrative law and governance and to the phaenomenons of "global" and "international administrative law". The goal of the course is to present administrative law to foreign students as a dynamic academic discipline in the proces of change.
