Xenobiochemistry studies the metabolic transformations of substances that are foreign to organisms, especially drugs and environmental contaminants. In Practical Exercises in Xenobiochemistry, students will get acquainted with basic model systems and methods in the study of xenobiotic metabolism, biotransformation enzymes, and factors that affect the metabolism of xenobiotics.
