The second semester of Pathophysiology instructions is oriented toward kidney disorders, endocrine diseases, gastro-intestinal system and nervous system malfunctions. In the practical classes interpretations of ECG findings are completed, computer simulations of organ failures are used, urinary sediment examination and glucose tolerance tests are performed.
Requirements to the exam

Credit:

For credit, maximum one absence, passing of all written tests or oral examinations in seminars and practical classes and presentation of papers to given topics is required.

Examination:

Final exam is oral and includes one question in general pathophysiology and two questions in systemic pathophysiology. Obtaining of both credits (summer and winter term) is obligatory for the final exam.
