After JH, AG, OM JH, AG, OM Introduction, organizational information - introduction of the course (each student has at least two case studies to solve during the course) Practical processing of clinical material for each case report. Selection of the appropriate procedure according to the relevant work instruction, preparation and evaluation of microscopic slides, inoculation on culture media. Tue JH Identification of inoculated bacterial cultures by mass spectrometry ev. biochemical tests, agglutination, antibiotic susceptibility testing - deliberation over the choice of the right method. St JH/AG MT Susceptibility testing and designing the right antibiotic treatment - what to decide. Final Interpretation of findings and analysis of case reports. Serology and its importance in microbiology + case reports.
