Annotation The course is designed to allow students to practice English conversation, in an informal setting, on a variety of subjects, both medical and non-medical. Through supervised conversations students can ask questions regarding idioms, grammatical usage, syntax, and colloquialisms.

Aim of subject

The goal of the course is to create an informal forum in which students can practice English in casual discussions and conversations with peers on a variety of topics; and in an environment which offers opportunities for positive feedback regarding mistakes in usage.

2. Students are encouraged to inquire about new terms and experiment with new terminology and grammatical usage.

3. Students are encouraged to suggest topics for discussion and take leadership roles in managing conversations.
