Annotation: The topics discussed in the course correspond with topics discussed in clinical subjects in the 4th year of study. In the seminars students learn how to master the problems in communication during their stay at different hospital departments. Most frequent phrases and collocations are dealt with. Special attention is paid to: ? active knowledge of terminology and frequent phraseology ? development of the ability to understand the listened case history of the patient ? achievement of speaking skills in the dialogue with the patient

Objective:

The course is suitable for advanced foreign students and improves the Czech Language knowledge of students required in previous years (1st-3rd). The objective of the course is to develop the ability to communicate with Czech patients and medical staff.
