The videocourse Traumatology and orthopaedics is focused on the presentation of available different surgical treatment options of orthopaedic diseases and affections after serious injuries to the musculoskeletal system. It provides an overview of standard surgical procedures on the osseous skeleton.
Aim of the course -

The primary objective of the subject is to present the most frequent orthopaedic and traumatological surgical procedures.

The secondary objective is a repetiton of clinical anatomy of the musculoskeletal system.

The tertiary goal is to explain to use of basic surgical tools.

Quaternary aim is to acquaint students with preoperative and postoperative X-ray images assessment.
