The aim of the course is to provide the students the basis overview of molecular mechanisms underlying the process of cell apoptosis under physiological and pathological conditions. The student will get information on the molecular pathways and regulations of apoptosis initiation and progression and on the role of apoptosis in physiology and

etiopathogenesis of diseases.

Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty s molekulárními zálady apoptosy buněk za fysiologických a patologických procesů.

Studenti budou seznámeni s poznatky o molekulárních mechanismech a regulacích spuštění a průběhu apoptosy a o úloze apoptosy při fysiologických pochodech v organismu a v etiopatogeneze nemocí.
