Cílem předmětu je seznámit se se základními laboratorními metodami v hematologii (morfologie, průtoková cytometrie, cytogenetika, molekulární biologie, biochemie ad.) a jejich využití v hematologické diagnostice a ve studiu patogeneze hematologických malignit (leukémie, lymfomy, MDS a další). Předmět bude probíhat formou přednášek a na jejich základě následného praktického seznámení v laboratoři.
