Principles of mass spectrometry and its significance for identification of unknown poison in a trace toxicological analysis. Development and validation of toxicological methods. Alternative biological matrices and their significance in toxicology. Drugs of abuse, legislation. Drugs and driving. Interpretation of toxicological findings. Interesting case reports.
