The required minimal level at the beginning of the course: B1+/B2
In the course “Argumentieren, präsentieren, diskutieren" (“Argumentation, Presentation, Discussion”) the students will practise preparation and presentation of their papers and the main focus will be on speaking (and its related) skills.
The topics of the course will be adjusted to the studying programmes of the individual students or their specific (professional) interests or wishes. The micro-skills (vocabulary, comprehension, writing, grammar issues etc.) will be provided implicitly within the course, they are its clear part, but they can be provided explicitly if this is what the students wish for. During the first session the students will be introduced into the proposed topics and the procedure of the course, which will be followed by the students’ task to set their own learning goals and their own concept. These will be implemented into the course.
The students will work in groups as well as individually. They will be preparing their papers/presentations, and this will be based on specialized sources which they will present and then they will themselves moderate the following discussions. They will also get simple partial assignments which will be worked on as part of the preparation for the individual seminars of the course. These will be used as the base for the interpretation and discussion among the students.
The course will be realized online: regular seminar sessions via Zoom, plus online support with help of digital tools. A microphone and a video camera are necessary for the course participation!
There will be a short presentation and a discussion at the end of the course.
The course also prepares for the oral part of the exam B2 and for studies in German speaking countries.

Potřebná minimální úroveň na začátku semináře: B1+/B2
V kurzu "Argumentieren, präsentieren, diskutieren" se budou studenti zabývat přípravou a prezentací referátů a budou se zaměřovat na ústní (a s tím související) dovednosti.
Tematickým cílem kurzu je se rámcově orientovat na studijní obory studentů nebo jejich konkrétní (odborné) zájmy či přání. Dílčí dovednosti (slovní zásoba, porozumění, psaní, gramatická témata etc.) budou v semináři zprostředkovávány implicitně, jsou jeho samozřejmou součástí, mohou být však na přání studentů tematizovány explicitně. Během prvního seminárního sezení bude studentům představen návrh témat a postup semináře a následně bude jejich úkolem, aby sami formulovali své učební cíle a představy. Ty budou pak do semináře začleněny.
Studenti budou ve skupinové práci i jednotlivě připravovat referáty z odborných pramenů, budou je prezentovat a sami moderovat jejich diskuzi. Budou dostávat jednoduché dílčí úkoly, které budou vypracovávat jako přípravu na jednotlivé semináře. Tyto budou v semináři sloužit jako základ pro interakci a diskusi mezi studenty.
Seminář bude probíhat v digitální podobě: pravidelná seminární sezení pomocí platformy Zoom, plus podpora pomocí jiných digitálních nástrojů. Mikrofon a kamera jsou pro účast na semináři nezbytně nutné!
Seminář je zakončen krátkou prezentací a diskusí.
Kurz připravuje i na ústní část zkoušky B2 a na studijní pobyt v německy mluvících zemích.

Im Kurs „Argumentieren, präsentieren, diskutieren“ beschäftigen sich Studierende mit der Vorbereitung und Präsentation kleinerer Referate aus den Fachrichtungen der Studierenden und es wird dann auf die mündliche Sprachkompetenz fokussiert.
Thematische Ziele des Kurses orientieren sich an den Studienrichtungen der Studierenden, sowie ihre konkreten (fachlichen) Interessen und Wünsche. Sprachliche Teilkompetenzen (Wortschatz, Verständnis, Schreiben, Grammatik etc.) werden im Seminar implizit vermittelt, können jedoch auf Wunsch der Studierenden auch explizit thematisiert werden. In der ersten Seminarsitzung wird Studierenden ein thematischer Vorschlag der einzelnen Sitzungen vorgestellt, ihre Aufgabe ist jedoch, ihre eigenen Lernziele und –wünsche zu formulieren. Diese werden dann in den Seminarplan integriert.
Studierende arbeiten einzeln sowie in Gruppen und bereiten kurze Referate aus ihren eigenen Fachrichtungen und den entsprechenden fachlichen Quellen vor. Diese Vorbereitungen dienen auch als Grundlage für Interaktion in den Sitzungen.
Das Seminar wird synchron digital (via Zoom) stattfinden (alle zwei Wochen), dafür sind stabile Internetverbindung, Mikrophon und Kamera absolut notwendig! Andere alle zwei Wochen findet das Seminar in der Form einer asnychronen Sitzung statt mit einer konkreten (meist schriftlichen) Aufgabe, die auch rechtzeitig abzugeben ist.
Das Seminar wird dann mit Präsentationen und Diskussionen, sowie einer schriflichen Reflexion abgeschlossen.
Der Kurs kann als Vorbereitung für eine B2-Prüfung oder einen Aufenthalt in deutschsprachigen Ländern dienen.

Kontinuierliche aktive Zusammenarbeit am Seminar, die bedeutet konkret:
o Abgabe schriftlicher Aufgaben zu asynchronen Seminarterminen (es gibt insgesamt 6 asynchrone Sitzungen, verpflichtend müssen Studierende mindestens 3 schriftliche Aufgaben abgeben – das Thema, Umfang, sowie konkrete Aufgabenstellung und –frist werden in Seminaren konkret bekanntgegeben. 3 von 6 Aufgaben müssen nicht abgegeben werden, können jedoch sehr gern! Verpflichtend in den 3 Aufgaben ist die abschließende Reflexion am 22.12.2023)
o Aktive Teilnahme an Diskussionen
o Ca 10-minütige Präsentation zu einem fachlichen Thema eigener Wahl (asynchron), dazu ist ein Handout abzugeben, inkl. Wortschatz und Quellenangaben (ein Leitfaden für das Handout wird zur Verfügung gestellt)

Průběžná aktivní spolupráce na semináři, tzn.:
o odevzdávání písemných úkolů v asynchronním termínu semináře (je 6 asynchronních termínů, povinně musí studenti odevzdat minimálně 3 písemné úkoly – téma, rozsah, přesné zadání, termín a forma odevzdání úkolu bude oznámena vždy konkrétně v průběhu seminářů; 3 úkoly tedy studenti odevzdat nemusí, ale samozrjeme mohou! Povinně musí všichni odevzdat závěrečnou reflexi 22.12. 2023)
o aktivní podílení se na diskusi
o cca 10minutová prezentace k odbornému tématu vlastní volby (asynchronni forma)) spolu s handoutem se slovní zásobou a odbornými prameny (předloha handoutů bude v semináři k dispozici)
