En las clases se estudiarán mitos y leyendas pertenecientes a la literatura indígena de la región del Amazonas, cuyos comentarios de texto se combinarán con el análisis de obras pertenecientes a la literatura hispanoamericana del S. XX y XXI. Para completar nuestros análisis, haremos también alusión a la clutura europea para ver algunos elementos de tradición indígena (la temporalidad, la cosmogonía...) desde la otra perspectiva - la de la civilización occidental. Durante el curso trabajaremos también con el término de la “antropología literaria“, dentro de la cual las ciencias como la etnología y la filosofía irán completando nuestros análisis y nos ayudarán a comprender las diferencias entre la percepción del mundo desde el punto de vista de las culturas ancestrales y el punto de vista de nuestra sociedad. Indigenous myths and legends are one of the pillars of the culture and literature of the American continent, becoming one of the sources of inspiration for contemporary American writers. They often resort to the indigenous oral tradition to incorporate it into their literary works. In the classes we will study myths and legends belonging to the indigenous literature of the Amazon region, whose text commentaries will be combined with the analysis of works belonging to the Hispanic-American literature of the 20th and 21st centuries. To complete our analysis, we will also make allusion to the European literature to see some elements of indigenous tradition (temporality, cosmogony...) from the other perspective - that of Western civilization. During the course we will also work with the term "literary anthropology", in which sciences such as ethnology and philosophy will complete our analysis and help us to understand the differences between the perception of the world from the point of view of the ancestral cultures and the point of view of our society. |
