Cílem této VP je seznámit studenty se základními principy řízení změn v organizacích (change management) a tyto principy sledovat a aplikovat na případových studiích.

The objective of this class is to introduce key principles of organization change (change management) and apply them into the "real life" scenarios based on HBR case studies.

Studenti se seznámí se základy teorie řízení změn, plánováním a prováděním změn a jejich dopadem na organizaci a její zaměstnance. Budou diskutovány nejčastější nástroje a postupy používané při řízení změn,komunikace, vedení změny, motivace, vzdělávání zaměstnanců ovlivněných změnou.
Na tento teoretický základ naváže analýza několika případových studií, na kterých se teoretické koncepty budou demonstrovat v praxi. Je důležité, aby studenti ovládali angličtinu na úrovni porozumění psanému textu, neboť budou použity materiály Harvard Business School, INSEAD, McGrawHill, Stern School of Management, NYU.

Podmínkou pro získání zápočtu je samostatná práce - inteview nebo pozorování související s organizační změnou. Bude upřesněno na první hodině.

Students will learn foundations of change management, planning and implementing organizational changes and their impact into organizations and their employees. The teoretical framework will be linked to the case studies analysis to demonstrate the change principles in "real life" scenarios. It is necessary for students to understand written English as the course will use Harvard Business School, INSEAD, McGraw Hill, Stern School of Management NYU case studies.
