To acquaint students with the basics of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy

Gained knowledge:.
History and basic theoretical basis of CBT. Practical application of learning theories, understanding the relationship between behavior, thinking, emotions and physiological processes. Overview of the methods of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd waves of CBT.
