The aim of the course is to provide not only a short theoretical overview of self-regulation techniques and hypnosis, but above all
to offer students the opportunity to have their own experience and to be able to describe and communicate these feelings to each
other. Therefore the nature of the teaching is focused on practical exercises, both individually and in pairs. After completing the
subject each of the participants should be able to apply self-regulation techniques and self-hypnosis to
improving the ability to concentrate and memory, or and sports performances. Besides to apply the hypnosis in Psychotherapy, Psychodiagnostics, Rehabilitation, Surgery, Dentistry, Oncology and Clinical Sexology.
