In the semester, students will learn to describe other people and themselves in more detail psychologically - starting with a basic psychological anamnesis and progressing through a psychometric profile within predetermined dimensions, to a qualitative or narrative psychological portrait. Students will learn how the chosen approach to personality description and feedback can affect the personality, as well as how changing the angle of the description or retelling one's own story can have a positive effect. Various aspects that contribute to the uniqueness of one's own personality, such as temperament and character traits, abilities, and motivation, will be discussed in depth. Students will gain a better understanding of the factors that influence the structure and dynamics of personality, ranging from innate to social and situational. Key competencies: Conducting a personality-focused psychological interview Taking a personality psychological anamnesis Making psychometric personality characteristics Creating a psychological idiographic portrait Providing (and receiving) feedback Use of basic personality psychology terms and concepts in self-reflection, education, and intervention. |
