Course objective:
Students will acquire personally social competencies needed for good management of the social role
a pedagogue, a pedagogical counselor and a pedagogue for personal social development and prevention, or they will be
consolidate and improve. Learning outcomes of the course unit The subject will focus mainly on practical basal personality learning
social skills in accordance with the desired competences of a social educator. Learning does not prioritize
applied skills (eg communication in supervision), but works primarily with the basics of skills
applicable across professions (even in non-professions). At the same time, it creates the basis for applied topics in others
subjects (mediation; counseling interview, etc.).

Course syllabus:
Personalized, experiential and reflective work with these topics is assumed (alphabetical order): active listening,
assertiveness, empathy, communication flexibility, psycho-hygienic skills, recognition of the essence of social situations,
communication of feedback, self - regulation, comprehensible expression, coping strategies and communication
conflict resolution, use (and control) of your own paralinguistics and body language, self-knowledge, self-reflection skills and
work on personal stability.
