The course provides students with the necessary theoretical and methodological foundations of information science. It deals in particular with the laws of the processes of creation, processing, measurement, encoding, storage, transformation, distribution and reception of information in society. The aim of the course is to provide students with a basis for creative study of the various theoretical, methodological and application areas and tasks of information science.
