Annotation -

The course focuses on the connection of theoretical knowledge with practice, with a focus on the content of the subject Management of the pedagogical process. Through the MP focused on Educational Process Management, participants gain an overview of the basic principles of school management, the creation of different types of plans and strategies, understanding their importance and interrelationships as a means to ensure better quality work of the teaching staff with regard to new requirements, changing goals and functions of the school in the 21st century. It also includes the issue of evaluation of the pedagogical process, the creation of a system of hospitalization, evaluation of educational results and setting evaluation criteria. The items in the protocol are designed and focused on the issues of the module Submission of MP protocols online via MS Teams.
