Annotation -
The sophisticated dosage forms and drug delivery systems allowing the transport of API into the body, the organ and/or the specific tissue in the required time rate and defined concentration are the main object of this subject. However, the technological procedures used in their development and manufacturing are studied including pharmaceutical nanotechnologies. As the example, the preparations for sublingual, transmucosal, and buccal administration as well as the colon-targeted systems, chronopharmaceutics and/or systems having the programmable drug release, microparticle and nanoparticle systems, liposomes, or systems containing the specific carriers or targeted ones are studied.
