The topic of this subject is detailed description of selected organs and topographical regions, corresponding to the first course of visceral manipulation (liver, stomach, duodenum, small and great intestine, kidneys, vertebral column, thorax). Anatomy will be focused especially on the fascial coverings of the organs, organs fixation and their inter relationship, mostly to surrounding areas. Focus is paid to fascial and ligamentous contacts with remote areas and to usage of knowledge for visceral manipulation method. Students will be introduced to practical knowledge of anatomy of organ projection, basic palpation techniques for separate organs identification and their relationship. Subject will vary from basci knowledge of organ embryology, further definitive organization of anatomical topographical regions and practicality of palpation techniques.

Obsahem předmětu je podrobné seznámení s vybranými orgány a topografickými místy, které odpovídají prvním kurzům technik viscerální manipulace ( játra, žaludek, pancreas, duodenum, tenké a tlusté střevo, ledviny, páteř, hrudník). Anatomie bude zaměřena zvláště na fasciální obaly orgánů, fixaci orgánů a jejich vzájemné vztahy k okolí, a to zejména podmíněných vazivovými kontakty do vzdálených míst, se zaměřením na využitelnost znalostí pro metodu viscerální manipulace. Bude kladen důraz na praktické znalosti anatomie projekce orgánů a budeme seznamovat studenty se základními palpačními technikami pro identifikaci jednotlivých orgánů a jejich vazeb. V předmětu se budou prolínat znalosti z emryologického vývoje orgánů s následným definitivním uspořádáním v anatomických topografických krajinách a praktická část týkající se palpačních technik.

The purpose of the subject is detailed introduction of students into topographical anatomy of areas usefull for visceral manipulation method. Theoretical part will be focused on knowledge of fascial insertion of organs, based on the detailed embryology. Practical part will be focused on the palpation techniques of the organs and their projection on the body surface. Such knowledge could students potentially use even in the courses of visceral manipulation  - new approach in the physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Cílem předmětu je podrobné seznámení studentů s topografiíí anatomických míst využitelných pro metodu viscerální manipulace. Teoretická část bude zaměřená na znalost fasciálních fixaci orgánů na podkladě podrobné embryologie a praktická část bude zaměřena na techniky palpace orgánů a jejich projekci na povrch těla. Tyto znalosti mohou studenti využít i v  kurzech viscerální manipulace- nového přístupu ve fyzioterapii a rehabilitaci.

Teaching methods

English

Theoretical part will be realized by lectures with Power point presentations, focused on embryology and topographical anatomy. Practical part will be focused on the organs palpation and their projection on the bodily surface in volunteers. In the course we would also demonstrate position and fixation of the organs and separate topographical places on the cadaverous specimen.

Teoretická část výuky bude realizovaná formou přednášek s promítáním prezentací zaměřených na embryologii a topografickou anatomii. Praktická část bude zaměřená na palpaci orgánů a na jejich prostorovou projekci na povrch těla na dobrovolnících. V kurzu budeme také demonstrovat  pozici a fixaci orgánů i jednotlivá topografická místa na preparátech a kadaverech.
