After consultation with the supervisor and after approval by the Subject Area Board, the student prepares two
thirty-minute lectures on different topics different from the dissertation topic. The lecture must be devoted to specific
problems. The lecturer must characterize the state of their solution, the current state of research, present their own
critical opinion and demonstrate their professional competence. The committee for the state doctoral examination
chooses on the spot one of the prepared topics. In the following discussion, the student answers the questions
raised and defends his / her position. The exam is oral.

Student po domluvě se školitelem a po schválení oborovou radou připraví dvě třicetiminutové přednášky na
rozdílná témata odlišná od tématu disertační práce. Přednáška musí být věnována konkrétním problémům.
Přednášející musí charakterizovat stav jejich řešení, aktuální stav bádání, přednést své vlastní, argumenty
podložené kritické stanovisko a prokázat tak svou odbornou kompetenci. Komise pro státní doktorskou zkoušku
volí na místě jedno z připravených témat. V následné diskusi student zodpovídá vznesené otázky a hájí své
stanovisko. Forma zkoušky je ústní.
