Training of the doctor´s communication skills in outpatient practice and handling various situations by simulating real consultations in the general practitioner´s office and their debriefing. Emphasis on a comprehensive bio-psycho-social approach. Analysis of emotions of the doctor and the patient, self-reflection, expectations of the doctor and the patient, emphasis on building a relationship, detection of tendencies to fight for power, transference and countertransference. Discussion on the approach to different patients in the primary care environment.
