Quantum character of atomic systems. Summary of basic concepts, axioms and mathematical instruments of quantum mechanics. Applications to simple systems: free particle, potential box, potential barrier, harmonic oscilator, hydrogen atom. Simple outline of description of many particle systems. Hydrogen molecule.
