1. Molecular structure
Molecule H2+. Born-Oppenheimerova approximation, molecular orbitals. Structure of two-atomic molecule H2. Structure of polyatomic molecules. Hybridization, korelation diagrams. Electric and magnetic properties of molecules.

2. Determination of molecular structure
Rotational and vibrational spectra, Franck-Condon principle. Clusters, structure of clusters. Formation, decomposition and ionisation of clusters. Fulorescence, phosphorescence and photoelectron spectroscopy. Experimental methods of molecule spectra measurement.

3. Chemical reaction, reaction kinetics, and dynamics
Reaction cross-section, rate of reaction, rate constant, temperature and pressure dependences. Direction of reaction, equilibrium, equilibrium constant. Relation between reaction cross-section and rate of reaction.

4. Experimental techniques
Beam of particles with low kinetic and internal energy - formation, analysis, and detection. State specific formation of molecules. Laser excitation and ionisation, multistep excitation and ionisation, REMPI. Collisional processes at cryogenic temperatures.
