Auschwitz/Birkenau 2015
friday, March, 27 - sunday, March, 29
Dear All,
we would like to invite you to join us to visit Krakow and Auschwitz in Poland as a part of ethics courses. We shall
travel to Krakow for the weekend of March 27-29, 2015, and included in the fee (1700 Kc at the most, probably a
little bit less, depending on the number of participants and exchange rate) is travel by bus, accommodation in
Krakow’s Momotown Hostel with breakfast, and the entrance fee for the Auschwitz/Birkenau Memorial and
Museum. There will be plenty of opportunities for socializing and Krakow sightseeing.
The overall fee (bus, hostel and breakfast, entrance fee to the Memorial) should not exceed 1700 Kč.
Your responsibility for the journey is valid passport and valid Visa for Poland (non-EEA countries).
N.B. As this is not an official University-sponsored event, you are responsible for your own health/travel insurance.
For further information please contact Marek Vacha, Ethics Department.
Please be prepared for a long bus drive - you are welcome to bring dvd’s of your favourite movies, that we might
watch in addition to Schindler’s list.
