The course follows the Italian professional I JLB 023 and is intended for students of all fields of study on FSV UK. It builds on the level of Italian acquired in the previous semester and will not only repeat and acquire new knowledge of grammatical structures, but also expand vocabulary for the use of the language at a professional level - topics will be tailored to specific students enrolling in the course.

Kurz navazuje na Italštinu odbornou I JLB 023 a je určen posluchačům všech oborů FSV UK. Navazuje na úroveň italštiny získanou v předchozím semestru a náplní bude nejen opakování a nabytí nových znalostí gramatických struktur, ale také rozšíření slovní zásoby pro potřeby užití jazyka na odborné úrovni - témata budou zvolena na míru podle konkrétních studentů, kteří se do kurzu zapíší.

Aim of the course -
The course Italian II have these aims:
1) To improve the understanding of an academic text, to interpret it and to argue in base of it
2) To improve the writing in italian
3) To improve the understanding of all the forms of speaking language
4) To speak and pronounce correctly
5) To fix the grammatical structures and to enrich personal vocabulary

Kurz Italština odborná II si klade za cíl
1) budovat u studentů schopnost porozumět textu na úrovni B2/C1, interpretovat jej, kriticky zhodnotit a argumentovat na jeho základě
2) zlepšovat psaný projev studentů
3) rozumět všem formám mluvené italštiny (odborná přednáška, jednání)
4) hovořit korektně italsky
5) fixovat gramatické struktury a logickou strukturu jazyka, rozšiřovat slovní zásobu

V kurzu budeme pracovat s autentickými materiály - hojně budeme využívat internetové zdroje - online přednášky k tématům zvoleným studenty, odborné texty, ale také např. podcasty. Dále budeme využívat metod kooperativní výuky. Zaměříme se ale také na "neinteraktivní" práci (četba).

Conditions for passing the exam (100 points):
Oral presentation on a chosen topic during the semester: 20 points
Three submitted essays: 30 points
Oral exam at the end of the semester: 50 points
Evaluation: 0-50% = F 51-60% = E 61-70% = D 71-80% = C 81-90% = B 91% and more = A A - outstanding performance with only minor errors, B - above the average standard but with some errors, C - generally sound work with a number of notable errors, D - fair but with significant shortcomings, E - performance meets the minimum criteria, F - fail - considerable further work is required Sample test here in the documents.

Syllabus -
Reading professional texts, student presentations, Italian social news, more complex grammatical structures - especially the sequence of tenses, the subjunctive, the imperative.
Topics will be specified at the beginning of the semester according to the specific needs of enrolled students - it can be, for example, changes in society under the influence of migration, global warming, economic crisis, etc.
The materials provided to students and used in teaching are used exclusively for study purposes for students enrolled in the course Italian Professional II.
They are not intended for further distribution.

Četba odborných textů, studentské prezentace, italské společenské aktuality, složitější gramatické struktury - především souslednost časů, konjunktiv, imperativ.
Témata budou specifikována na začátku semestru podle specifických potřeb zapsaných studentů - může se jednat např. o změny ve společnosti pod vlivem migrace, globální oteplování, ekonomická krize atp.
Materiály poskytnuté studentům a používané při výuce slouží výhradně ke studijním účelům pro posluchače zapsané v kurzu Italština odborná II.
