Continuous teaching practice at secondary schools mostly focuses at independet performances of individual students with the follow up reflection with regard to age related specificts of secondary school strudents. The teaching practice consists of two basic periods: (1) ss become familiar with the school, incl. the relevant curricular documents as well as with the groups the mentor teaches by means of observations, (2) their own independet teaching performances in the mentor´s groups, both with the mentor as well as without him/her present in the class + the teacher from the department.
