Course completion requirements -

Credit requirements: 80% active participation in lessons, practical test - perform selected basic swimming skills (merging, breathing, roll forward and backward in the water, headforemost), including swimming underwater and swim a 100 m track Dann limit.Students swim alone in separate lanes and each student has 2 corrective attempts to pass the credit

Syllabus -

Safety and hygiene in the classroom. Basic swimming skills (breathing, blending, diving, jumping, swimming shots). Practicing the art of swimming sign, breast, crawl. Correction of previously fixed bugs. Training starting jump and basic rotations. Games and other activities in the water. Principles of safety on the water. Credit requirements: active participation in classes, practical test - show selected basic skills and swim 100 meters track for a given limit.
