Please note, the lectures are given in Czech language only. The course represents a bridge from the highschool educational level to more theoretical ecology. Its subject is bound with the main biomes of the Middle-European territory as well as the global continents. Introductory part of the course is devoted to the examples of ecological relationships of different organismal groups. The main functional principles and driving forces of terrestrial ecosystems are presented.
