This subject is realized within the DOCMAN project, which is funded by Erasmus +. It is accredited at the Lahti University of Applied Sciences and is attended by students from Edinburgh Nappier University and Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. The main objective of the course is to understand how customer-oriented services are developed. This objective will be achieved through the fulfillment of several other sub-objectives: a) Students will try to identify and analyze future trends in the field of social and health services; b) try to create an ecological map; (c) conduct customer-focused analysis and research; (d) designing the so-called customer service path; e) Reflection of impacts on customer-oriented approach to management of the organization.
