This subject is realized within the DOCMAN project, which is funded by Erasmus +. It is accredited at the Lahti University of Applied Sciences and is attended by students from Edinburgh Nappier University and Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. The main objective of the course is to understand how customer-oriented services are developed. This objective will be achieved through the fulfillment of several other sub-objectives: a) Students will try to identify and analyze future trends in the field of social and health services; b) try to create an ecological map; (c) conduct customer-focused analysis and research; (d) designing the so-called customer service path; e) Reflection of impacts on customer-oriented approach to management of the organization.

Tento předmět je realizován v rámci projektu DOCMAN, který je financovaný z prostředků programu Erasmus+. Je akreditovaný na Lahti University of Applied Sciences a účastní se jej studenti z Edinburgh Nappier University a Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. Hlavním cílem předmětu je, aby studenti pochopili, jak vznikají služby orientované na zákazníkovy potřeby. Tohoto cíle bude dosaženo pomocí plnění několika dalších podcílů: a) studenti si vyzkouší identifikaci a analýzu budoucích trendů v oblasti sociálních a zdravotnických služeb; b) vyzkouší si tvorbu ekologické mapy; c) provedou analýzu a výzkum orientované na potřeby zákazníků; d) design tzv. zákazníkovy cesty službou; e) provedou reflexi dopadů na zákazníka orientovaného přístupu na management organizace.
