This follow-up seminar to the course "Methods of Promoting Gender Equality" further develops its main themes. The aim of the course is to introduce students to the employment of these methods within the existing institutional setting in the Czech Republic. The emphasis is placed on critical thinking, reflexivity and one's own intepretation of relevant issues. A part of the course is also an analysis of relevant governmental documents and the elaboration of individual gender equality projects.

Seminář doplňuje kurz Metody prosazování genderové rovnosti a dále rozvádí jeho základní teze. Cílem je seznámit studentky a studenty s praktickou aplikací těchto metod v kontextu existujícího institucionálního zabezpečení politiky genderové rovnosti v České republice. Důraz je kladen na kritické myšlení, reflexi a vlastní interpretaci dané problematiky. Součástí kurzu jsou také analýzy relevantních vládních a jiných dokumentů a navržení vlastního projektu v oblasti rovných příležitostí.
