In the German philosophy of the 19th and 20th century with the development of absolute idealism, critically following up on Kant's transcendentalism and then in connection with the development of new phenomenological and hermeneutical efforts, there is a gradual transformation vision of the whole world and the nature of the human givenness. The course follows selected chapters of this development on the motive of own "givenness" (Gegebenheit).
