Orientation in the results of scientific work in the field of Sport Science is one of the key skills of a successful
coach. Moreover, it is an essential aspect of preparing and conducting a master's thesis. The course focuses on
facilitating the acquisition of these skills through expert mentoring and discussions centered around research
design proposals and method application. During the course, students improve their ability to search for and
interpret relevant information, formulate research objectives, and design empirical studies to address their final
projects.

Orientace ve výsledcích vědecké práce v oblasti Sport Science je jedna z klíčových dovedností úspěšného trenéra.
V neposlední řadě také nezbytnou stránkou přípravy a realizace diplomové práce. Náplní kurzu je facilitace
získávání těchto dovedností formou odborného mentoringu a diskuze zaměřené na návrhy výzkumných designů,
aplikaci metod. Student se během kurzu zdokonaluje ve vyhledávání a interpretaci relevantních informací, budování
výzkumného cíle a designování empirické studie k řešení jeho závěrečné práce.

The student can apply certain procedures (in a theoretical context) to other real research problems related to coaching.

Student umí vyhledat relevantní vědecké články se zaměřením na svojí budoucí profilaci.
Student sestaví design výzkumu pro svojí diplomovou práci a je schopen tento design argumentovat.
Student dokáže určité postupy (v teoretické rovině) aplikovat na jiné reálné výzkumné problémy, které souvisejí s problematikou trenérství.
Student dokáže podat hodnotnou zpětnou vazbu k prezentacím svých spolužáků.
