Students are introduced to fundamental combat sports skills utilized in the field of conditioning training for both team and individual sports. They will acquire theoretical knowledge that enables them to justify the importance of incorporating combat sports exercises into physical activities. The course provides a systematically organized repertoire of combat sports exercises and games aimed at enhancing general and specific fitness. Finally, students lead didactic outputs that are reflected upon by participating students.

The aim is to acquire competence in incorporating combat sports exercises and games into a conditioning training program. Upon completion of the course, the student can verbally explain the fitness, psychological, and social benefits of combat sports activities. They can create and lead a training program to enhance coordination and strength performance determinants, using both simple and complex combat sports games and exercises, taking into account the requirements and characteristics of the target group. The student can analyze key points of selected combat sports techniques (with potential for fitness development) and identify any potential challenges.
