1. Characteristics and historical roots of Outdoor Management Development (OMD).

2. Orientation in basic terms connected with outdoor training.

2. Orientation in basic information sources, including company literature.

3. OMD as a part of experiential learning.

4. Means of outdoor training (sports, activities, games, simulations).

5. Ways of motivation, facilitation and reviewing.

6. Programmes types and their structure.

7. Preparation of experts for the area of outdoor management development.

8. The role of OMD in the development of so called Outdoor Industry in Europe and the Czech Republic.

9. Methods and results of research observing the efficiency of OMD programmes.

10. Organisations which mainly develop OMD in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Seminars:

1. Description of a selected organisation doing outdoor training (excursion, consulting, participation in their event, etc.)

2. Gathering data about the economics of OMD programmes in our country and abroad.

3. Reading a text on OMD and its critical evaluation.
