Students acquire theoretical knowledge in the field of psychology and gain theoretical and practical knowledge of psychology offensive, defensive game combinations and volleyball systems.

Aim of the course

The student knows and can explain the trends of current youth and professional volleyball

The student knows and can explain the specifics of youth sports training for 14-19 year olds with a focus on age specifics

The student understands the concept of creating training plans with regard to the annual periodization of youth and adult categories

The student can explain the benefits of game performance diagnostics with respect to individual game performance factors
