Learning outcomes After completing the course, students will be able to:
Course objectives: - introducing the student to the characteristics of group lessons in the water and their division (choreography, conditioning, Body and Mind lessons) - mastering the lesson structure of individual lesson types - mastering the basic rules of working with musical accompaniment in group lessons - familiarization of the student with equipment used in the field of fitness training in water (dumbbells, gloves, cuffs, swimming tube) - mastering the optimal technique of basic steps used in choreography and conditioning lessons - acquisition of basic terminology used in lessons in the water (verbal and non-verbal cueing) - mastering individual learning methods (linear progression, pyramid) and their application to individual types of lessons - mastering the optimal technique of basic Body and Mind exercises (aqua-yoga, aqua-pilates, watsu) |
