Annotation -
The purpose of the internship is to acquaint students with the operation, management and organization of work in sports facilities and institutions. It is a knowledge of the practical activities of sports managers and the opportunity to test the activities of the manager in practice. The master's internship is focused primarily on senior positions, where the student is also responsible for part of the organizational structure. The student chooses the location of the internship from the offer mediated by the teacher. Currently, FTVS UK cooperates with ČSLH, ČOV, ČHS, STES, AC Sparta Prague, SK Slavia Prague, FK Dukla Prague, PIM, Decathlon and others. The teacher can allow the placement of the internship in the environment chosen by the student.

Aim of the course -

After successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • apply the acquired knowledge in organizations in practice,
  • independently solve assigned work tasks,
  • identify the knowledge acquired during the study, which could be used in the practice,
  • evaluate the operation of the selected organization and make recommendations to improve the operation of the organization,
  • use the acquired knowledge and skills during the internship and apply them in their career progression and in their CV,
  • prepare protocols of activities performed.
