Annotation -
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the methods of designing movement programs - interventions for influencing health oriented fitness both in healthy untrained persons and in selected groups of patients within the primary i secondary prevention. Individual peculiarities of the design of programs for children, adults, women and men.

Aim of the course -
Outputs from the subject for listeners A graduate of the course is able to: - Define the basic determinants of the field of Health Education - Search for, critically analyze and orientate yourself in the current knowledge of the issue of primary and secondary prevention of civilization diseases, in the Czech Republic and abroad - Use, sort and select appropriate Evidence Based sources as a theoretical support for basic knowledge of selected clinical diseases and prevention options - Describe the structure, principles and methods of designing exercise programs for the health-impaired population, compare with the performance-oriented population - Conduct an initial interview, take an anamnesis, perform relevant initial, control and final diagnostic examinations - Sort, analyze and interpret the information obtained - Formulate the specific objectives of the program and determine the method of verification of the fulfillment of the objectives of the program
