Annotation -
The course is focused on individual components of physical fitness in the theoretical and practical level and ways of influencing them through exercises without tools, with tools and tools in various organizational forms.

Aim of the course -

The aim of the Basics of Fitness course is to learn how to apply theoretical knowledge about methods for influencing physical fitness in practice.

Course Outcome:

The student is capable of applying theoretical knowledge of the basics of developing specific strength abilities and is able to apply them in the preparation of a specific training program.

The student can apply fundamental knowledge of exercise physiology and adaptation. The student can translate basic theoretical knowledge of biomechanics into strength training issues and is able to apply this knowledge in the creation of a simple training program.

The student is familiar with the methodical sequences for practicing individual strength exercises, can personally demonstrate specific exercises, and can identify basic errors in their technique.

Demonstration of the correct technique for the squat with a free barbell (20kg) and two exercises of choice using external resistance.
