The aim of practical training is to apply and improve skills, as well as to deepen the knowledge gained in the courses "Examination Methods and Basic Therapeutic Procedures I - III", "Approaches in Manual Medicine", "PNF and Motion Analysis I", "Developmental Kinesiology" , "Practice in Clinical Facilities IV", including all other specialized subjects I, II. and III. year. After completing the course, the student will be able, based on knowledge and skills to perform a comprehensive examination of the patient, propose appropriate therapy, apply basic therapeutic methods in the field of physiotherapy and their evaluation, including documentation. Learning Outcomes:
The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge, skills and general competencies so that after the completion of the course the students:
demonstrates the ability to take a history and take into account the data collected in the examination and therapy of the patient demonstrates the ability to design and perform a comprehensive kinesiological analysis in a patient, including specific diagnostic procedures and functional tests demonstrates the ability to design a therapy goal for different diagnoses demonstrates the ability to perform therapeutic techniques based on the syllabus of the bachelor's study, including specific therapeutic procedures of PNF and manual therapy, including the subsequent evaluation of their effectiveness demonstrates the ability to independently develop protocols on the course of examination and therapy of the patient demonstrates the ability to present a clinical picture of a patient with a given diagnosis and to discuss the performed examination and therapy demonstrates the ability to orientate oneself in medical documentation, including the codes of individual physiotherapeutic procedures according to the ICD Last update: Nováková Tereza, PhDr., Ph.D. (20.09.2020)
