The course is designed for students of PE studiy programs. Students gain practical knowledge of the development of basic fitness components in winter mountain conditions. Increase their own fitness and gain practical skills in organizing similar courses.�

Exercise will take the form of two or three-phase workouts per day. Their content is oriented to the morning breathing exercises, development of resistance in the form of hardening, complex aerobic mixed and lactate loads, fitness exercise, fitness training using cross-country skiing, stretching and compensation exercises, aerobic activity all day as hikes and gaming activities in a team.�
Participants are advised to have at least a basic level of fitness.�
Individual transportation, cooking each alone in kitchen.�
The price of the course in 1800, - CZK.�
The course takes place in two January dates in the Giant Mountains in Mala Upa. Deadlines are always posted at SIS on the department of Track and Field website. Students login are required to enroll and payment of whole deposit 1800,- CZK� 1. term 20.1.-24.1.2020 2. term 27.1.-31.1.2020
