Synthesis of the knowledge of partial disciplines into the content of the theory of physical culture in systemic contexts. System of basic theories of TC theory. Kinantropology as a subject of science (See syllabus). Part of the subject is also work with distance texts. Confirming learnt knowledge and skills and application in practice. Selfreflection, diagnosis evaluation of an exercise unit. Possibilities of making healthy enviroment at school. Movement in the range of school regime. Application of physical activities for teaching process.

To acquaint students with a system of knowledge about physical culture, its origins, subsystems, external and internal contexts and a system of basic concepts of the field.

Acquire knowledge, skills and ability of students to apply them in practice in the lesson with children with self-reflection and subsequent diagnosis and evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching units.

Physical culture as a social phenomenon and part of the culture of humanity, its characteristics, structure and function in the life of individuals and societies. Physical education, sport and recreational recreation as basic subsystems of TC, their specific functions and mutual relation. Sport in the process of socializing a person, its essence and function in modern society. Approaches to the structure of its structure. Specifics of top sport.Filosofic, anthropological and sociological basis of the theory of physical culture. The place of physical culture in the different phases of the development of human culture (anthropogenesis, sapientization, humanization). Physical culture and its relations to material culture, culture of interpersonal relations, and spiritual culture. A place of movement in the life of man and society. Movement and somatomentual personality development. Hypokinesis and its consequences. Quality of life and lifestyle. Systemic concept of physical culture, its structure, functions and links of its subsystems. System of basic concepts of physical culture. Questions of physical fitness, performance and psychological resilience. Ethical, ecological and aesthetic connections of TK. Kinanthropology as a field of science, its structure and methodology. The contribution of partial disciplines to the theory of body culture.

Realization of a prepared plan for teaching at a primary school. Selfreflection, evaluation, diagnosis and analysis. Possibilities of application physical activities in daily regime. Assessment of a school enviroment, elaborating a project. Requirements - elaborating three writing plans for PE unit, elaborating a project. Knowledge and application.

The credit is required to prepare and present the seminar work in the required structure (see introductory lecture).
