Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to provide students with basic knowledge of somatomental personality development, somatotype meaning, physical exercise conception, structure, biological basis, diagnostics and development of basic motor skills and abilities. To prepare them for solving practical and theoretical problems of physical education practice.
